TiVo Reboots when I try to Watch Live TV

I have a Philips 30 hr Series 1 that I upgraded with an additional 60GB drive a few years ago. Been running great since the upgrade.

I recently (since last week) started experiencing lockups and freezes while watching Live or Recorded shows. A couple of nights ago, it got so bad I figured one of my drives was going out. I bought 2 new 80GB drives in the hopes of replacing both old drives.

Used MFSTools and had a bunch of errors while transferring the data from hda. No errors reported with hdb. Total time to run MFSbackup/restore was approx. 16hrs.

Installed the new drives and got the GSOD. Left the TiVo connected as suggested, and after a few hours I came back to the "TiVo Central" screen. I was able to view my previously recorded stuff, only experiencing an occasional reboot (ie. Coming out of the "Phone Troubleshooting" screen after making a daily call).

Using the diagnostic mode, I performed a 52 (emergeny reinstall) thinking the original software might have been damaged due to the bad 'A' drive.

Things seemed to improve, but now anytime I try to watch Live TV the TiVo reboots. It reboots if I use the menu option on "TiVo Central" or the "Live TV" button on the remote.

I don't have a backup of the original cause like a said before, the TiVo has been running for years since I've added the second drive.

What should I do now?
