Sub Statuses?

There are several different subscription statuses, but what are all of them?

I've seen several, such as 1: New, 7: Never Set Up, 17 TiVo Basic(FT Possible), and 18: TiVo Basic(Free Trail)

What are the others?

Account Status

3. Account in Good Standing
5. Lifetime Service

More useful would be details of what the status meant to the box.

I had a Series 1 stuck as "New" for a couple years, that apparently meant it was operating in its grace period as it was fully functional. I made some changes and it finally switched to "Never Set Up" which apparently means it "Was Never Set Up" and the grace period has expired.

I have one that is an 11:Evaluation. It's the TiVo-signed-by-Dave-Carr I bought from TiVo on eBay with proceeds going to charity. It came with Lifetime, but has always been an 11.
