What should I start recording now?

The season or series has ended on almost all the shows I record regularly. Friends, Enterprise, ER, Crossing Jordan, Fraiser. Everybody Loves Raymond will probably end its season soon.

Monk starts up in June, so that is good. Also, I see there is a new season of Drew Cary starting and I get a chuckle from that so I guess I will put in an SP. I don't care for reality TV or police or lawyer drama shows, although I suppose if I started watching them I might get addicted.

I have been recording and saving DS9 so I guess I could watch those and I still have the Firefly DVDs to watch. I guess I could also re-watch some Thunderbirds to get ready for the July 30th live action movie and I even have the Fireball XL5 DVDs to watch as well.

I guess the Tivo might get some well deserved downtime. It will still be picking up odd episodes of Good Eats, Modern Marvels, Mythbusters, and American Festival. And there is always NASCAR on the weekends.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

How about an ARWL called "Vegas"

It'll catch all sort of cool stuff :)

Ellyn set one of those up a few months back, when we decided to go. We still have the original Ocean's Eleven on there to watch.

Coupling Season 4 starts June 6th on BBCA.

I'll be recording that, Nip/Tuck, Amazing Race, and Big Brother. Just enough summertime TV.

I watch pretty much the same stuff you've listed, and I just recently got into The Dead Zone on USA. You need to know a tiny bit of background, but I find it quite enjoyable-plot lines are weak sometimes, like Monk, but you don't really care. Might give it a shot.

A couple others "if you like":
-Mythbusters, catch a few episodes of American Chopper (I think it's called, I'm blanking...)
-ER, give Third Watch a try (I haven't gotten hooked yet, but I'm starting to)
-Crossing Jordan, CSI (it's a cop show but leans more towards CJ than L&O)

Those that did not catch "Arrested Development" from the beginning will get a chance to do so, as they will be rerunning the series this summer!

Ah, Six Feet Under is finally returning. I still have my SP, although it may be down the list a bit. Better push it up.

I have seen a few of the American Chopper shows (the one about OCC, right?) and liked it a bit.

Also, I haven't watched any of it yet, but I hear Touching Evil on USA is pretty good. And yes, American Chopper is on Discovery.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer starts up again (from the first episode, that is) on FX in just a few weeks, if you've never seen it before.
