when will a series start over this summer?

There's a couple of series from this past season that I never had the opportunity to watch:

Cold Case
Two and a Half Men
Tru Calling

I'd like to see them from beginning to end. Don't summer reruns usually get shown in order of original airing? When does a show normally start its second run?

I'm fairly certain that Cold Case begins repeats on June 13th, and CBS is usually decent about running their dramas in order over the summer to try and build a new audience.

Tru Calling? Who knows. We're talking FOX here -- they're so screwed up there's no telling what they'll do over the summer. Might actually create a show where people watch water come to a boil, and stick it in the Tru Calling slot.

No idea on the Two and a Half Men. But it'll probably replayed, too.

There are a lot of Two and a Half Men reruns coming up ... tonight 6/2 (#20), Saturday 6/5 (#4), Monday 6/7(#3)... and, at least in Seattle, one at 1:05 am on May 13 (#2)! While they're not running them in order - in fact, they're kind of going backwards - you can just Tivo them all and play them back in the order you like! :)

P.S. Order really isn't very important with this series, in my opinion.

P.P.S. A Tivo Season Pass will be very handy, due to the weird air dates/times ... but check for conflicts!

P.P.P.S. I love this show, and since I got into it late, I'm glad to see the early reruns coming out.

I think it's pretty rare for a network to show ALL of a season in the summer. There's just not enough time. 22 episodes approx. of TRU and Cold Case won't "fit" during the summer months.

Tru Calling will repeat this summer running in a different time slot (at 9 pm ET/PT.) Looks like they are starting with "Valentine" on June 10th. That was the 12th episode in the series.

What shows would they take off in order to make room to show other shows 2 times a week? If they show 2 Cold Case episodes, what show would CBS take off to make room?

Plus, there's original series airing over the summer meaning even LESS room on the schedule for 2 hours of reruns of a fall series.

There just ain't enough weeks or hours in the day.

Is everyone able to tivo Two and a Half Men? I can't. A month or so ago I happened to be watching live as I recorded. A message came on saying that show couldn't be recorded because the recorder couldn't get the signal, or something like that. It had just finished recording Everybody Loves Raymond, so I don't know why it couldn't record Two and a Half Men. Since I already had it on CBS I hand-recorded it. I then went out of town for a few weeks, and when I got back, TAAHM had not been recorded. It's on my Season Pass. What could be the problem?

Stew, these days, I don't expect to be able to catch ANY show in summer re-runs. They've mucked up the schedule too much now, showing re-runs interleaved with the first-run shows.

I've completely missed this season of Angel because of conflicts so I feel your pain.
