The SciFi Channel is planning a show on my town! I'm not sure about air dates, but it's about the ghost in Willard Library....Will let you all know when I find out more...

I don't know a lot about it, but it involves psychics and other people searching for the Grey Lady. If you look on Google, you could probably find a few things. As for me, I've never been to Willard Library, so I can't tell you if she exists or not.
