I don't get Aqua Teen Hunger Force...
Is there a support group for people like me?
I do find the Brak Show mildly entertaining though. Is there hope for me?

ATHF is a quality show! The key is to watch at least 5 episodes (easy now that it runs all the time). I watched it once at a friend's suggestion and didn't get it at all. But after watching a few more I got it, and now think it's funny. My wife thinks it's the dumbest thing on the air and refuses to watch though.

Do you like Home Movies? Although, not quite the same as the other two you've mentioned, highly entertaining IMHO.

Wow, I must even less hip because I've never even heard of this show.

Aqua Teen too me seems to be the "next generation" of american cartoon.
I think it runs alot on the new Comic art style with a bit of an anime influence.
Has a bit more of a plot (which is kinda dumb at times) then your standard cartoon. Almost like a soap for kids.
Thats my take on it.

I can't get into it either. I have tried, but I just don't relate to talking fast food items.
Still liking Harvey Birdman, though.

That's ok... I don't get Spongebob Squarepants.

Aqua Teen is my favorite show on Tv. I find it highly ammusing, and I think the characters are great. Try to check out one of the mooninites episodes, or bus of the undead if you get the chance to give it another shot.
Carl could be my favorite tv character ever.

Yikes. Me too. Of course, I always knew I was tragically unhip, though, so it comes as no surprise.

If you see any episode, make it the Kidney Car one. Meatwad's comments as well as his attempt to repair Carl's old car is classic.
PS - My wife thinks he/they are hysterical! That at least makes my wife cool!

I didn't know ATHF was hip, that confirms, I'm not hip. I lost my hip-ness somewhere around the time Buffy started. I did get PPG, before it was, well, for girls - does that count?

I didn't get ATHF at first either. Then I watched it a few more times and it was suddenly hilarious. But I didn't know it was hip. I also like Home Movies, SpongeBob, and the Fairly OddParents.

ATHF=One of the best william's street shows!
Im Jiggle Billy! Time To commence the jigglin'! I hate the mooninites, though.

Don't forget get the Foreigner Belt. I forget the name of the episode, but that is my favorite episode.
"Everytime I hear Urgent, I think of that chick's boobs..." I'd have to concur that Carl is the best part of the show.

(Your name is ironic because you didnt spell "spel" right *dies laughing*, its funny)
I find them to be the same ammount of funny, its kindof random. I mean, the episode of 2021 when they have torists, that was random. I mean senior clown was unexpected for me.

I agree with tomo - both ATHF and Sealab seem to be the same type of humor... I don't know how best to describe it, other than that they are so bizarrely random that it's funny. There's no real jokes at all, most times... it's just completely off the wall twisted stuff.
If you're laughing through the episode going "What the heck were they smoking when they wrote this stuff?" then you get this type of humor. :)

Bus of the Undead is one of the most hilarious things I've seen on television. Can't explain why, but the delivery of "Hey you guys have a pool?... Oh My God!" has me rolling every time.
I don't think I'm particularly "hip". Sort of twisted maybe...

Imagine how much you'll laugh when you realize he also didn't spell "checker" right! ;)

ATHF hasn't clicked for me the few times I've tried it, but I enjoy Sealab 2021, Harvey Birdman, OddParents and SpongeBob to bits. And Simpsons, South Park and Futurama, of course. Tripping the Rift is just about off my SP list due to repetivity, but Brak is climbing.

What I find funny are folks who criticize others' spelling, yet include misspellings and lack of punctuation of their own.

Harvey, SeaLab, Brak, and ATHF, particularly ATHF all fall under a grouping of "Gloriously Absurd", and I find it to be the best programming on television. Carl alone is worth tuning in every night. I don't claim to be hip, I would deny it if accused of being hip, but ATHF is just fantastic comedy and I love it. BTW, when's the Sealab DVD coming out? It's the next few days/weeks isn't it? Or is it out already.
I also can't discount the creative genius that goes into those damn bumper cards. They crack me up as much as the shows sometimes.

Any other suggestions for Cartoon network? I never even stop on this channel.

Y'know what I hate? That damn perky Sealab song. It lodges in my brain every few days and it takes some doin' to get rid of it at the bottom of the sea.... Grr, see what I mean? :)

Ah, now I understand why ATHF is showing up in my Suggestions list. All youse guys are watching it.
So when did they create the secret flag that suggests shows TCF members watch to other TCF members? ;)

DPF , The bumper cards alone are worth watching adult swim, I couldn't agree more.

Yes, but the real irony is how I joke about being "uglier than photo" when I'm such an obviously handsome man.
