Song from the The Belmont Stakes Preshow

They played a song in the preshow for the belmont stakes at around 6:05 eastern time or 35 minutes into the show.
It seemed kindof like Surf Rock, or similar in sound to " These boots are made for walking" mixed with the Austin Powers themesong. I didn't hear any lyrics.
I have no idea what style of music it even is, but if anyone has any idea what it is, I'd love to know.
Anyone?
