Adding Season Pass - Tivo gets stuck

I just replaced the hard drive in my AT&T standalone box (HD from Weaknees.com) The upgrade worked great and everything seemed to be going along fine until I tried adding a season pass for ONE particular show..
I had no issues adding in season passes for all the other shows that I watch but this one particular show would not add. I would select "Get Season Pass" and it would switch to "Please Wait" and there it would stay... Left it alone for 2 hours... Nothing...
The graphics still move around, there SEEMS to be activity on the hard drive but it just won't move.. I restarted Tivo and tried to add the season pass first thing... same problem... I restarted AGAIN and tried adding some other shows... NO problem... Tried adding the season pass for the problem show.... Stuck....
What gives?

Sounds like a database or guide data problem.
If you don't get the problem with other shows then it's probably a guide data problem and I'd suggest just selecting the episodes to be recorded individually.
Otherwise you could try the "Clear programme data and to do list" option from the system reset screen which is usually pretty effective at sorting out database corruption issues. Use this as a last resort though, as it will delete all your existing season passes!
