Just a note, this is functionally identical to Batch Save to VCR; an often requested feature in this suggestion forum.

Not a problem. I just thought I'd provide the necessary key word if someone wanted to search for other debates / threads on this subject.

Continuous play would be a useful thing to have, and not just for archiving. (I've also seen some people ask if the TiVo can do this in the help forum, where they want to set up a playlist for their kids)

record a manual time of one channel...say noggin for 3 hours.
i do the same thing for cops and amw on sat. record fox for 2 hours starting at 8 pm.
no more watching one episode of cops, followed by another and then watchin amw.
