telnet o.k. but no tytools

Hi, I monted my dtv tivo all works, i can telnet, ftp, with usb a fa120, but i get an can't connect with tytools. everything else looks ok any help would be great. Thank's

I think something extra might be needed on the tivo itself, but we're not allowed to talk about stuff like that on here.
