Can I fix a broken TCD140060 with a cloned drive from an 80 hour 240 series?

I bought my brother a 60 hour TiVo with lifetime service for his 50th birthday. Unfortunately, it died outside of the warranty. During startup, the hard drive just makes loud clicking noises, and it never gets past the startup screen. I have an 80 hour Series 2. Since neither of our units have been expanded, I don't have any backups.

I was wondering if I can use a copy of the hard drive from my 80 hour 240 series TiVo in his 140 series? I've searched here and other forums, and seen conflicting answers as to whether it will work or not. If not, can someone with an image from a TCD140060 who is willing to share please PM me?

No. You need a 1400x0 image.

Thanks. I've got a lead on an image, now, so I'm all set.
