tivo HMO server config box wont open up after tivo desktop install, and no tivo in the task bar....... installed uninstalled 10 times..... i have been to my pc, manage, tivo beacon is auto and started, hmo is working for remote schedualing but no config or beacon..

Do you have firewall software running? Or some other program using the port?
