I have had an SVR2000 for almost 4 years with lifetime service and had not considered buying a second or third unit until now. Now, with free HMO on the Series 2 and $6.95/month service on up to 5 units, I am considering getting two new 40 hours machines. Best Buy has them for $119 after TiVo's rebate. I am almost there. Of course, they will only stay 40 hour units for a few months. As soon as the warranty is over and I can get 80 or more gig at 50¢/gig, I will upgrade.

Edit: When I posted this thread, I had not yet seen the Thanks Tivo thread or I would have posted there instead.
