Installed InstantCake and CacheCard - Question

Hi all
I just installed a new 160G HD in my DSR6000 using InstantCake and a new Cachecard.
Everything went well but after I unlocked my DTivo and installed Core Utilities and TivoWeb, I can no longer FTP or Telnet into Tivo unit. I checked my DHCP sever and I have the same IP address but can't get in. When I try it looks like it connects for a second, then window just closes.
Any ideas?
