I hook up my second TIVO yesterday but it seems to have trouble downloding. it has been downloding for a hour and a half. thats to long?? i don't remember my first one taking that long?

Could be getting softwares updates and programing data...I have heard the initial setup at times to take a few hours...dont give up yet.
