HR10-250 Weird Problem

Anyone seen this problem before?

Shows in the Now Playing list have a red icon to the left. This usually indicates that a show is being recorded. In this case, I had 4 shows with red icons. Some of which were recorded days ago. The shows with the red icons could not be deleted. Some of these shows were recorded as tivo suggestions, some were season passes

Called D* and the CSR had never heard of that before. I decided to power cycle the unit and that resolved the problem...no more red icons.

I think that means the unit will self destruct in 50 seconds ala Mission Impossible.

Absolutely true! This actually happened to a friend of mine and it wasn't pretty!
