JavaHMO Linux server problems

I have my Tivo Series 2 (40 hr) in a private network (192.168.0.0/24) wired directly to a D-Link DI-624 router (private LAN IP=192.168.0.1, public WAN IP = XX.XX.XX.156) which assigns my Tivo a DHCP address.

My Tivo doesn't have any problems accessing my Photo/Music shares on my WindowsXP PC running the Desktop Software (located outside the private LAN at public IP address XX.XX.XX.154). However, it cannot find my JavaHMO Linux server (version 1.2) photos/music located at public IP address XX.XX.XX.155.

I enabled debug mode (in the log4j.xml file) and viewed the /var/log/javaHMO.log file -- there doesn't seems to be any errors at all. The log even shows that my Tivo successfully contacts the Linux server:

2004-06-21 17:21:50,767 DEBUG [BroadcastThread] BroadcastThread - Sent: tivoconnect=1
method=unicast
platform=pc/Linux
machine=JavaHMO Server
identity=00:04:5A:56:55:0E
services=TiVoMediaServer:8081/http
to XX.XX.XX.156

...however, the Tivo returns with the "Server not found" screen.

Does anyone have any suggestions about what is preventing my Tivo from accessing the JavaHMO content on the Linux box even though it can successfully access the content on the WindowsXP box (located on the same subnet as the Linux box) and also successfully access other remote content (Nikon photos, Best Buy music, etc.)?
