I had a little disagreement with DirecTV when I called to check on a question about my scheduled installation (new customer). So I cancelled my installation and will stick with cable for now.

I plan on returning the HD-Tivo (still unopened) to the Circuit City in South Charleston WV on Monday around 5pm. I'm not sure it you would be able to purchase it from them or not since I ordered if from the CC web site (just dumb luck there).

I'm not interested in selling it. Too much hassle....

Maybe you could sell it to one of the people still waiting for a HDTivo on this forum. You will have the slight aggravation of shipping it but Im sure someone here would be more than happy to compensate you a little extra on the shipping for doing such a great service.

we should create a thread for that kind of issues.

I will be in the same situation when I receive my second unit from UE (Maybe this weekend). I paid for it 6 weeks ago but got one of the CC windows a few days ago.

I hate to sell stuffs, but If I can get a free Harmony (for example) insted of return it back, I would take the effort to go Fedex.
