BSOD - Temperature Crashes?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

My HR10-250 is working fine....

however,

my friend's started crashing shortly after gettiing it up and running and he gets the dreaded "Blue Screen of Death" (something I've never seen)

This is the message he gets:

When he powers down and reboots, he checks the temp and it shows around 42 degrees Celcius which should be acceptable.

Anyone have the same issue?

On another note, we purchased from CC, and got the extended warranty. He called the number last night and was on the phone for over an hour with their "customer support" which is out in India. After so much frustration, he is returning and getting his money back.

That part is suprising. I called them yesterday and they were going to swap my receiver, but I didn't have the Serial number handy (I was calling from work). After getting the Ser# last night, I called them back today and they set up a box swap with no problems at all. I'm sure that I was dealing with support out of India as well. The first guy seemed to have his act together more than the second guy, but the process went very smoothly with both of them.
