I'm looking for a simple, free web monitor program to monitor the CC website. Any suggestions?

While it's not perfect it was perfect enough for me to snag one from CC

By the way, do you know if I can have it send me an email notification? I didn't see anything that directly specifies this, but I did see that I can have it run a command when an update is found. Do you know how I could make this send me an email?
