I still dont have my HMO but I have a couple of questions.

(1) Can I play music while TiVo is recording?

(2) Can I access my HMO even when I have my computer off? I think I already know the answer to this, which is no, but I still want to hear it. =)

Yes, you can record a TV program while playing music via HMO.

Your computer needs to be ON to listen to music. HMO plays the music that resides on your computer's hard disk...across your home network.
