Help - Overlapping menu's

Well I just received me second 10-250 box to replace one that would not output HDMI. The new box does output HDMI, however I cannot get past the first guided setup menu. Every page after the first is overlaid onto the previous screen, so that by page 4 you have three screens of mish-mosh. I called tech support and they are no help. Anyone have any ideas? The tech had me try hitting the menu button 3 times and then the down arrow once on the front of the unit - no luck. HELP!!

Can you hook it up composite or component until it's set up then put in the HDMI to see if it's working?

Sounds like the replacement unit is no good... its unfortunate, but you probably need another new unit.

Composite and component react the same way. CSR said they may have to send out a tech and check it out. Talking to CSR is pretty much useless. The people on this forum more a lot more than they do about these units.
