I just bought a second toshiba dvd/tivo model ...400. I think it would be a good idea to back up the drive once I get it setup before record anything on it. What is the best method for doing this? I can open the tivo and connect the hd to my computer and copy all files on it if that will work, or is it necessary to make an image of it somehow? Which software if any should I use?
