OK... Tivo Died - Went to an endless reboot and TIVO says I have bad equipment... No problem.... I have an IMage of the drive - So My question is - Do I need to Bess the new drive that I am going to restore my image on? I tried it on a new drive (no bless) and the restore runs through and at the end it says records in xxxxxx records out (But no records)

Help!

you bless the "B" drive not the "A" drive.

Copy the image back to your married "A" drive try it by (It's self) after the copy. make sure you have a good copy

Then re-test your "B" drive and then bless the "B" drive to go back in your unit.. it is possible that your "B" drive crapped out on you
