I just picked up a open box Tivo that's missing the serial cable. Does anyone have an extra cable they're willing to part with? I can buy a new one for $5 from Phillips, but then they want $9 shipping! Not to be too cheap, but I hate paying crazy shipping prices like that - maybe someone out there has one they don't need?

Or you can build your own cable, with a regular stereo minijack connector and a DB9 connector, some cable, and soldering skills...
