Is it still possible to upgrade the storage capacity of the sat-60 after the 2.5 update? How about upgrading the unit with the update downloaded but not yet installed?

BlessTiVo still works.

TiVoMad doesn't work on DirecTiVo yet, unless you're a beta tester. At 2.5, to do a DirecTiVoMad would require some convoluted steps (face it - they can lock it, and there'll be a way around to *at least* get DirecTiVoMad to work). Probably some rather nasty steps, but a nice entrance exam http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif.
