Lost Sony SVR-2000 Backup, Need help

Just to make a long story short, I've trashed by backup for
my Sony SVR-2000. I'm desparately in need a backup copy
so that I can bring my box back on line. Can anyone help out?

Bummed, distressed, and feeling less than intrepid.
