Upgrade order: TivoNet then HD, or Vice Versa?

Hi folks,
My modem died, so I ordered the TivoNet board. I'm wondering if I should perform the HD upgrade before installing the Ethernet, vice versa, or am I overanalyzing and it don't matter a hoot ;->
Opinions?
PS - Much thanks to all of you for the FAQ, and Hinsdale in particular for the incredibly detailed and well-written upgrade guide. It really takes the fear out. You guys rock.

Doesn't really matter which order you do it in. I do suggest not doing both at once - do one, make sure it works, then do the other.

Cool deal, thanks Steve. Think I'll do TivoNet first - save the money for now.

Recently, my hard disk (drive A) died in the Tivo (one of my 3 Tivo units). I purchased a 40 gig WD hard disk (better price than the 30 gig). I tried to use TivoMad to use the expanded capacity. I also had a Tivonet board in this Tivo prior to the crash (and it was working fine).
I had trouble using the TivoMad procedures and Tivonet script. They seemed to have some kind of conflict with the rc.sysinit file. I tried it two ways.... TivoMad first and then Tivonet and vice versa and had problems both ways. I eventually just restored my 30 gig image to the 40 gig drive (not using the extra 10 gig) and then installed the Tivonet software and then it all worked OK.
Just an FYI to you in case you run into a problem.
