Is there any backdoor, or crack that i can use to not pay the tivo fee's?... is there a way that i can have it dial into a dummy tivo box, or anything of that sort?... thanks...

Yup.

It's called a VCR. Return your TiVo back to the store, and use the money to buy a VCR. Problem solved.

(And it helps to read the rules of the forum first, and the FAQs which answer your very question).

Pay the fee. They deserve it. If you can't efford 9.95 a month then return your tivo, you cant efford it.

Don't mess with TiVo.
