I have a t60 (ver2.5 sw). Copied drive A (quantum 40gig)to an IBM 41 gig using dolly. I did NOT mod rc.init to turn ideturbomode=off. But, IBM booted up fine and runs OK.
I then proceded to Bless an IBM 76.8 gig (using as 'B'drive), everything reported back ok, i.e drive size etc. T60 does not see the drive, t60 still reports 35 hours. Jumpers set as master on drive a and slave on drive b. I've swapped cables, re-blessed the drive to no avail.
Has anyone had this prob or have suggestion? Thanks!!
