Tivonet: connecting but not getting new listings

I'm running TiVoNET with 2.5.1 (lifetime sub) and it's been working fine for months. However, recently it has been unable to get new listings. The strange thing is that I go into "Perform daily call now", it connects, and says "Success" but it doesn't download new listings.

Looking through the log files, it appears that it can't contact the NTP server, however it CAN connect to the HTTP server. Here's an excerpt from the log:

The http log also shows responses from the server. Any idea what could be going on? Pings to 204.176.49.10 don't respond, but 204.176.49.2 does.

I had the same issue on my tivo with tivonet card.. check to make sure that port 123 is open to the outside and that its not being bounced to another ip. that was the problem that i had on my linksys rtr. here is a thread that was talking about this issue:
