I am now on my second tivo box (the first just died completely after a few weeks) Its great to use, if a bit annoying when it looses that last 5 mins when the schedules change.

Over the last few day I have lost the sound completely on all channels (terrestrial TV only, have not got a sky box) apart from BBC 1 ? A complete system reset solved the problem but only for a few days when it returns.

Anybody got any thoughts ? The lady at tivo support muttered something about a known problem which would get a software fix, how long has anybody else been waiting for this ?
