I also have that damn Comcast Cable Service in Montgomery County. I lost all of my season passes and to do list on Sunday as well. I really wish there was a way that my TiVo would keep the season passes and to do list when there's a cable name change, or at least give us a warning that all of our season pass and to do list info is about to be deleted because of the change.
