N15 Postcode. ITV Digital setup.

No C4 guide data from this Saturday. (8-12-2001)

Phoned CS this morning, they said they would check with Tribune and I should force a call this evening then wait for a couple of hours and it would probably appear.

Forced call at 8pm. Checked at 10.45pm. Still no data. Phoned CS (as they asked) and felt slightly fobbed off. ("Just keep making the daily call and the guide data will appear in the next few days") This is unusual for Tivo CS who have always treated me as an adult until now, but I suppose it's late.

Is anyone else in this boat? Is it worth repeating guided setup which has (if I remember correctly) in the past solved some similar problems.

Yes this has been mentioned in another thread already and seems to be a global problem with channel 4.
