Has any non-expert successfully gotten the cross compiler stuff to
build and run? I got the linux stuff from the TiVo site and I got
the build script from the sourceforge site, but I'm unable to get
a clean build of the cross compiler.

I've got a 2.2.14 ( RedHat ) Intel based system as my build
system.

As far as the build script goes... it tries to create a
/usr/local/tivo/include/linux
directory but instead of putting *.h files in there, it ends
up doing
/usr/local/tivo/include/linux/linux/*.h
so there is an extra level of 'linux' in the directory tree.
It does this for other directories too. I've moved the include
files to the right place, but I'm getting other cross compiler
build errors.

Has anyone had better luck? Are there any changes that you can
suggest.
