Hey, I know I am not really suppoused to put this in this particular forum, but I seem to get several friendly answers in almost no time, so don't worry- I won't do this in the future. Thanks :-)

Does anyone know if jumping from Windows 95 to Windows XP (using the $199 full installation) requires me to delete everything on my hard drive? The microsoft website said it does but I have also heard from many other you don't, instead you can use the FILES AND SETTINGS TRANSFER WIZARD. Does anyone know if this is true? (some say that is only for transferring from one computer to another) Thanks a ton. :-)

P.S.-If anyone has some links that can explain this it would be a big help. :-)
