Mercata.Com has 30hr TiVo's on Powerbuy now for $331 (and dropping). End in 2 days. If you are a new user (or can work around that requirement http://www.avsforum.com/ubbtivo/smile.gif ) to Mercata they also give you 20% off (up to $100 off), plus you get the $100 rebate from TiVo. Over the next few days the price should drop a few more bucks PLUS you can get an additional 5% rebate by going through PointClick.Com or 3% through eBates.Com. Would end up $150-$155 when all is said and done. I've done pretty well with Mercata myself. That's a pretty good deal for a 30hr box.

The TiVo rebate requires that service be activated by 9/30 to qualify, so it seems that we will need to have these delivered and received by that date if we want to get the $100 rebate. Will these units ship quickly enough to meet that deadline, if the sale does not close until 9/28?

Mercata has stated on their powertalk that they will cover the $100 if TiVo will not. Just FYI http://www.avsforum.com/ubbtivo/smile.gif
