I have created a new version of my Tivo Conversions Spreadsheet. It now tracks 10 Tivo's Simultaneously so you can keep track of time left, total time recorded, and quality differential.

There is a link for the Single Tivo Spreadsheet, and later today there should be a link for the Multi-Tivo Spreadsheet.
This new version allows you to plan out your recording and if need be see what happens when you run out of room on Tivo one and move the planned recording to Tivo two, Tivo three,...., Tivo ten as necessary.

I am still working on a way to show a set listing whats recoded and total time between a specific set of dates, as well as how to show whats recorded on each Tivo for any Tivo selected. For example, Tivo 1 selected: Tivo1Show 1, Tivo2Show 2, Tivo3Show 3, Etc. when Tivo 2 is selected it shows Tivo2Show1, Tivo2Show2, Tivo3Show3 etc. If anyone is good with VB or Excel and would like to work with me please let me know. I can get each description sorted by Tivo, but I can concatenate the entries into one cell, or a condensed list of cells.
