Suggestion for the new forum

I'm sure at least part of this is already in the works, but I just wanted to put my 2 cents worth in. Obviously with the Forum splitting there needs to be new guidelines for both just to clarify, but esp. in the Upgrade forum, I think a quick "Information directory" is in order. We've already got Hinsdale's How-To on the top here and that's great but Most of the "Upgrade questions" usually require little more than a link to Site, or a simple search of older threads. So I was thinking an Announcement at the Top of the Forum, that Has maybe 5-10 links to cover Disk upgrade (Already there), PPP, Tivonet, modem repair, and download locations for Tools. Of the top of my head I'm thinking of a few sites I've found the most helpful. Some of these are obvious, some are technical references, but the second question of most newbies ask, just as I did a few months ago, is "What else can I do and how?" Well strangers to Linux need to start with the basics :D .
