I just got my second Tivo (YAY) its a sony sat-t60 and it came with 2.0.1, i have forced 1 daily call and no upgrage. When willl it?

Give it a few days... not all upgrades are instantaneous.

I called Directv to get it activated and its been about 4 hours and it still says Call Coustumer Support to order? Just give it more time?

Well, I'd say leave it, since you registered it during a holiday :). If it still doesn't work tomorrow when you wake up, go and give DirecTV another call.

(I know the feeling... you can't wait to play with a new toy :) )
