Need advice to upgrade dual drive SAT-T60

I have a dual drive Sony SAT-T60 with one 30GB and one 15GB drive. I want to expand it using a Maxtor 120GB HD. My Tivo is running version 2.5. I have read conflicting reports that I may run into trouble when attempting to upgrade. I have never upgraded a Tivo before and need a little guidance from some of the veterans out there. I have downloaded Kazymyr's Boot Cd and have the new 120GB drive in hand. Any advice?

I have a dual drive 30 & 15 GB Sony SAT 60 that I upgraded to a 30 GB A drive and an 80 GB B drive. I now have 96 hours.
I used the boot CD and printed out Hinsdale's instructions

and it worked great. The only issues I encountered were:
1: You have to divorce the 15/30 and create a single drive image. I then placed this on the original 30 and married it to the new 80 drive. In this process I lost my recordings (a small price to pay for the extra hours).
2: I saved the new single drive image to CD and tested this on the old 30 drive just in case the system didn't work.
3: One screw holding the drive bracket in place is very difficult to remove. It's located close to the power source which you should steer clear of. Upon reassembly I didn't replace this screw. The bracket is very stable with the remaining 2 screws and sockets.
4: Make sure you understand how to add and remove hard drives to your computer. Throughout the process you will be required to do this.
5: Tivo works great although the menus are a little slower than the original configuration.
