Upgrade Problem

I undertook the task of upgrading my TiVo and hit a rather major roadblock earlier than I thought.

I downloaded and extracted the BlessTivo Version 3 and then ran MakeBoot.bat. Everything went fine until I rebooted my machine (Win2000) with the floppy in the drive. When the machine rebooted,
"LILO Loading tiVo_Bootdisk" came up. This ran for a minute or so and ended with "VFS: Insert root floppy and press ENTER" at which point the
machine locks.

Now for the bad stuff......I reboot the machine and Windows does not recognize my primary master hard drive (I had not even installed the
secondary TiVo drive when this happened). I tried to use the Win2000 recovery from CD which tells me that my hard drive is blank or not formatted.

Can anyone help??????
