Some Season passes and wishlists not working anymore

I have been away from the forum for a while.
They actually moved it and removed my user id.
Anyway... I have a phillips 14 hour upgraded by dumping to another drive then adding an 80 to it. This has survived upgrades from 1.3 all the way to 2.5.1a, but now I am seeing some wierdness.
It started when I noticed that "Dark Angel" was coming on, but not being recorded with my season pass. Then I checked the "view upcoming" section of the season pass, and it showed no upcoming episodes. If I went to the guide data and manually selected the channel and time, it listed Dark angel, and let me manually select it to record, but the season pass doesn't work right anymore. It won't even find episodes with wishlists.
I have seen another reference to this sort of thing, and the only suggestion that applies (as far as I could tell) was the redo guided setup. There was a reference to deleting some tivonet stuff on the /var partition, but since I don't have tivonet, that doesn't directly apply.
Anybody else seeing this or know how to fix it?
I will probably do a guided setup tonight, and disable the satelite input, since I am using the rf cable input mostly now, and getting tired of the channel changes messges.
Thanks,
Jeddy

If you are using DishNetwork for your satellite signal, it is probably a problem related to how Tivo handles the 4 digit local channels. There are a couple of threads about it over in the help forum. Getting rid of the satellite input would fix this, but there is also a temporary workaround available. You have to redo guided setup and choose the lineup called Dishnetwork without locals-temporary (or something similar to that). There are some downsides to this also, though. The superstations and any 4 digit channel will no longer be available. I just changed my season passes to wishlists and caught the programs on the distant network channels.

apeman...
I redid the guided setup and removed the ficticious satelite input I was using for av input capability, and I seem to be back to normal.
I was getting channel update messages that showed 4 digit channels, so I may have had dish selected. At this point, I can't recall what I selected, and it isn't displayed on any of the menus until you get into guided setup.
anyway.... the idea of changing season passes to wish lists would NOT have fixed my problem. Beforfe I re-did the guided setup, I tried finding the shows with wish lists and they didn't show up by actor or name of show, or keyword. They didn't even show up in pick programs to record alphabetically. I did see them when I went to the guide screen for that channel, and paged down to that day, but that was the only way to see it. It was as if some stuff was being indexed, but not the whole list.
I had seen info on this symptom if you have tivonet, but I don't.
I have it set for RF cable only now, so if it comes back then it has nothing to do with dish network, direct tv, or tivonet.
Crossing my fingers now.
