If I divorce my 2 drive directivo will I lose the programs that are recorded and all my season passes or just the recorded programs?

you should only lose the recordings the season passes and thumbs info should remain intact.

Just a bit of additional trivia.

Following a "divorce", Tivo will tell you recordings are still there - some may be and some not. You should manually delete all recordings either before or immediately after the "divorce".
