I installed a new 100G drive with 25xtreme
it worked for about an hour - then i unplugged the tivo to install the drive permanly. I then got the green screen of death.
After this i went to re install 25xtreme and now all i get is the powering up screen -then almost there -then installing new software- then it reboots - it just contiues to do this

I put a Maxtor 100 G drive in
i tried to use qunlock but not sure if it took
i also tried dlgchk.exe and entered through it?
it still does not seen to work

any help would be great
