I've got one on order and I was wondering how well it will allow me to send video from my bedroom Tivo to my living room home theatre.

Does anyone know if it will also send IR signals so i can control my Tivo from my living room. Thanks,

I don't know -- don't use that product. However, if it doesn't send RF, I use the PowerMid from x10.com to send TiVo IR commands from the bedroom, no TiVo, to the living room, where the TiVo is. (I use a long coax cable to send audio/video from the TiVo to the bedroom TV.) The PowerMid works very well, but it's pretty sensitive to location, so it took me a while to get it set-up just right.

If you decide to try the PowerMid, here's a URL to save you some money. It's from an advertisement e-mail from x10.com. Expires Monday night (03/19). Works only once (i.e., once someone uses it, nobody else can use it). No, I have nothing to do with x10.com, and no, I don't get anything if people buy using this link; I'm just sharing a discount that I know I won't use.
