Saw a post or two saying people have used the new web site yesterday.

As of this post, it's down for me.

Anyone else having success?

It was working last night, but appears to be down again. Hopefully they'll get this straightened out before too much longer.

Just updating here, as I mentioned in my other post, DirecTV customer service can not make any changes right now either. Their system is down.

Wonder if they use the same system as we get into?

I get a "Sorry we're upgrading our site" page. This is probably for the new programming packages that should have been available starting on 2/1.

They put it up briefly in the wee hours, then take it back down for "prime time". It's going on 3 days now with little or no functionality. What a major embarrassment for DirecTV! I wonder if they plan on any Superbowl ads? If the site isn't up by then, the f-up is multiplied many fold!
