Will Tivo work with a universal cable box like Clearmax 6000?

We've had a few customers report success with these boxes. Originally, TiVo did not support the Clearmax, but I believe it might now be listed as a box choice when setting up your TiVo. There have been reports that the "Orbit" codes work for some of the other manufacturers (eg. Viewmaster and compatibles) of universal cable boxes. Please do not email us about using these boxes for any illegal purpose; our help here is intended for those using the boxes for legitimate purposes.
