Maxtor 5400rpm 120GB Drives on Pricewatch

So I'm looking to upgrade my 14hr Phillips SA, and I've been keeping an eye on Maxtor 120GB drives on Pricewatch for a while now. I've seen, in the same price range, drives listed as having both ">12ms" and "9ms" seek times.
At first I thought there were two different models, and that I wanted the 9ms drive. If they cost about the same, why not have the better performer? I know people will say that there isn't a difference as far as TiVo use goes, but I don't see how a 25% improvement in seek time could hurt, other than the noise. I figured I could always turn acoustic management on.
Then I checked out a site advertising one of the 9ms drives, and their detailed specs showed 12ms average seek.
Are these the same drives? I'd provide model numbers, but these Pricewatch sites aren't too good at providing them. The best I can do is provide this helpful link:

Thanks

Just get whichever is cheaper. They'll all work. Your tivo won't be any faster or slower between these two drives.

This wasn't on your list, but I just found a 120GB Maxtor 5400 at Newegg.com for $195 with $7.00 FEDEX shipping. Hard to beat that deal. I think I am going to get one.
