Tivo Upgrade

I have a 14 hour SA Tivo collecting dust. I'm thinking of the upgrading it with a 60 gig Maxtor.
Hinsdale's instructions are good but I need it more specific.

What am I missing?

1) I created the bootable cd-rom (tested fine) ok

2) put new drive in pc and boot w/ cd-rom.

3) what's next ?

4)??

5)put drive in Tivo

3. BlessTiVo /dev/hdx (x=b,c, or d depending on which IDE channel/jumper -- See Hinsdale How-To)

4. Change original drive jumper to Master, new drive jumper to slave.

5. Get drive bracket from 9thTee.com.

6. Install new drive in bracket.

7. Put both drives back in TiVo.

8. enjoy.
